Thank you for choosing Sweet and Sour Designs LLC. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, thoughtfully crafted products. To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our custom design process, please review our No Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through SweetnSour Designs LLC are final sale. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, cancellations, or returns will be accepted for any product category, except where required by law.
This applies to:
  • Custom designs
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Pre-made (non-customized) designs
  • Physical and digital products
Custom Designs – No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the unique and personalized nature of our custom design work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any custom-designed items under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Incorrect details provided by the client
  • Design approval followed by change of mind
  • Subjective dissatisfaction after final delivery
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all drafts and specifications prior to final production or delivery.
Exchanges on Pre-Made Designs (Limited Eligibility)
We offer exchanges only for pre-made (non-customized) items, under the following conditions:
  • Exchange request must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in original, unused condition, including packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and re-shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • An exchange will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: No exchanges will be accepted for custom orders under any condition.
Shipping Issues
Once product is shipped SweetnSour Designs will not replace an order that was lost or damaged due to carrier services. You will need to file a claim with specific carrier.
Limitation of Liability
SweetnSour Designs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. By purchasing from us, you agree to release Sweet and Sour Designs LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability or claims, including but not limited to disputes related to refunds, exchanges, dissatisfaction, or delays.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund & Exchange Policy. This policy is in place to protect both our clients and our business operations.
